Ningbo Jiangdong Shengfeng Steel-Plastic Pipe Manufactory, with strong economic foundation, is a member unit of Water Supply & Drainage Association of Plumbing Facilities Committee of China Construction Metal Structure Association. We specialize in producing "Yusheng" brand 1/2" - 12" composite pipes and fittings of steel and plastic.

Our manufactory and goods allocation area covers 66,000 square meters. We own 6 advanced steel-plastic composite pipe manufacturing equipment in the domestic technical field, 10 extruded plastic production lines and 20 injection machines, all of which promote an annual output of 50,000 metric tons of steel-plastic composite pipes and 15,000 metric tons of pipe fittings.

Shengfeng Factory invested USD15 million in Tianjin City in 2004 to establish Tianjin Yusheng Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., for the production of self-cooled steel rolls or strips, welded tubes, hot zinc plated steel pipes and steel-plastic composite pipes. These have formed an assembly line of production. With an annual output of 60,000 metric tons of steel-plastic composite pipes, we provide convenience for the mass of clients in North of China. Two enterprises in the north and south play an important role in this field supported by advanced manufacturing technology and great production scale.

"Yusheng" brand steel-plastic composite pipes adopt famous brand hot galvanized steel pipes as the outer coating. It has "never rusty" surface, PE inner lining (cold-water pipe) and PEX (hot-water pipe). Steel-plastic splicing adopts imported splicing agate with shearing strength 20 times more than the standard one. The pipe fittings adopt famous brand hot zinc plated agate steel workpiece with PP lining.

Our pipes and pipe fittings are made by advanced technology strictly according to ISO9001:2000. All performances of our products accord with the requirements of trade standard in aspects of physics, mechanics and hygiene.
